Weekly Reflect // 58

Hello everyone!

We're at the end of another week so it's time to reflect on it!

Weekly Reflect #58 // Hot chocolate!

This week . . .

. . . got off to an amazing start! I woke up at half seven on Monday from a dream in which I was able to picture a really cool new feature for Instagram. I was (and still am) determined to pitch the idea to them, the only thing is that it's kinda near enough impossible to get in touch with their team. The only way is by social media so fingers crossed they see my tweet amongst the millions they probably get daily! At this point, I'm not expecting to get speaking with them but I'm still adamant my idea could have a lot of potential so the hope is still there.

Speaking of which, I reached 400 followers on Instagram this week so thank you if you follow me there!

Weekly Reflect #58 // The International Space Station

Most evenings this week, my dad and I have been wrapping up warm to go out into the garden, look up at the sky and watch the International Space Station fly over! It pretty much looks like a star crossing the sky but it's honestly fascinating to think there's a crew inside all the way up there in space. You can find out when it'll be visible where you live on NASA's Spot The Station website. Let me know if you do see it!

Weekly Reflect #58 // Cadbury's Milk Tray!
For the rest of the week, I've been juggling school work with not being very well at all. I've definitely been 'lucky' with my illness in recent times but around the middle of the week, I started to feel almost as bad as I did when I first got CFS. Thankfully I know how to manage it a lot better now but I still wonder if I'll ever get used to it. I think there's the idea that if anyone is talking about any kind of illness, they should give the story a happy ending but the reality is that most of us can't.

Anyway, I did get stuck into working on my art notebook as much as I could as I'm really enjoying it. Here's to being able to do more next week!
