This outfit!
Two Door Cinema Club are one of my favourite bands - add a DJing cat, put them on a t-shirt and what more could you want? My media studies class really kindly got this for me as a get well gift and I was honestly so taken aback and touched at how thoughtful it was of them! I also absolutely love these jeans, they're high waisted and kinda aubergine coloured, plus ridiculously comfy! Oh and would you believe I got them for £1.50 in a charity shop?!

In a way this is a different sort of outfit for me - I'm usually all about all of the colour but I'm kinda feeling this darker look!

Oh, I just realised this is the first time I've shown my new haircut in a post!

I've had a few weeks to get used to it now and don't regret it one bit. I do miss my long hair a wee bit but I just fancied a change, y'know? I'd been wanting to chop it all off for ages and truth be told, I really don't know why I waited so long to just go for it! I'm playing with the idea of going shorter still by getting a bunch of layers put in. That's what trying new things does to you, once you get the ball rolling you open yourself up to things you never thought you would or could do!

(P.S. 10 points to you if you noticed the shoe change between photos. Comfy casual outfit = the inevitable change into slippers!)

Well I think the unintentional moral of this blog post is try something new! It can be so freeing to just experiment. What are you holding back on trying right now?
