#NOTD: Doctor Who 50th Anniversary!
Yesterday was indeed the 50th anniversary of Doctor Who, and as a lover of the show I was pretty upset that I couldn't go see it in the cinema (glandular fever is no fun) so to cheer myself up a little I decided to dedicate my nails to the show.
I'm really pleased with how these turned out, especially as they took me a long time!
I really enjoyed the show - infact I think it was the best episode ever.

This tiny pot of super tiny stars is part of a Technic kit which you can get here. I found it in New Look last year for £1.99 and snapped it up!

On my thumb I've drawn the number 50, then on my index Matt Smith's infamous bow tie and braces. The middle finger shows my attempt at a cyberman, and the ring and pinky are inspired by galaxies. (is there anywhere galaxy nails are more appropriate?) I used nail caviar and star decals for added 3D effect.

On my thumb I've attempted to do the DW logo in the shape of a tardis. The index finger is supposed to be two different sonic screwdrivers, on the middle is the scores and I'm really happy with how the dalek turned out on the right hand ring finger. Again on the pinky is the same galaxy pattern on the left hand pinky.
