Weekly Reflect // #63

This week . . .

. . . got off to a pretty amazing start - I booked flights for a little trip away next year! I can barely contain my excitement, I love going to different places! Although I'm gonna keep it quiet when and where I'll be going for now, I do intend to vlog while I'm there and explore the city as much as I can. If there are any travel themed blog posts/videos you'd like to see, let me know and I'll write them on my list of ideas!

In other exciting news, we have a new housemate! Well, kind of . . . Evie the little ginger cat has basically moved in with us! It's been almost three years since she first showed up at our door on Christmas Eve (that was the inspiration behind her name) and ever since then she's been the stray who visits us sometimes. However in the past week or so she's been turning up all the time and pretty much refuses to leave! She's so affectionate and loves a bit of fuss & attention so she's the ultimate distraction. She also has the cutest snore haha!

Probably part of the reason Evie's been making herself comfy on our sofa most days is because it's been absolutely freezing outside. We've started lighting our fire in the evenings so the living room has been super toasty. You honestly can't beat a good fire!

Also this week I managed to film, edit and upload a video all in the same day which is a first for me. It was a thrift haul and if you wanna watch it it's just under 5 minutes long so won't take up too much of your time!
