Weekly Reflect // #57
Hello everyone!
Happy Sunday! It's time to reflect on the past week . . .
This week . . .
. . . began with a trip to the shops with my parents! We stopped by Costa first of all - I tried their White Chocolate & Raspberry Creamy Cooler for the first time and woah; out of this world. It was actually ten times tastier than I was expecting it to be and I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for something new to try!
In terms of school & blog work, while I was able to get lots done last week, this week was a different story. I was only able to do very little at a time as I was exhausted but I'm hoping the rest I've had will mean I'm able to do more this upcoming week!
After just over a months break from Snapchat, I'm slowly making my way back to making daily stories! I really enjoy being able to speak freely and share wee bits and pieces of everyday life on there, as well as chat to some of you. We had one super sunny day here but for the majority of the week you could really feel the change in the seasons. I adore Autumn/Winter so grey weather, hot drinks & cosying up with a blanket is my idea of fabulous. I usually like to wear brightly coloured clothes but just recently I've been swaying towards darker shades & neutrals like my new camel coat. This deep purple Rimmel shade is what I wore on my nails all week and I love it!
The week finished with an impromptu trip into town as my dad had to run a few errands so I went with him! Before we came home, we had a look round a few charity shops and I found two new things I love. I'm thinking of filming a thrift haul featuring the handful of things I've picked up in the past while - let me know if you'd like to see that!
While my mum was trying things on in Monsoon, I popped over into Accessorize to have a peek at their recently relaunched beauty range. As well as the packaging being incredibly dreamy, the products themselves seemed to be pretty good. I was quite impressed the quality of the eyeshadows so I might have to pick up a palette next time!

I've also been having a serious moment with peanut butter this week. It all started when we bought a packet of peanut butter flavoured Oreos on a whim last week (obsessed) and since then I've been wanting to have the stuff at any given opportunity. I tried crunchy peanut butter for the first time ever and I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised - I don't know why I wasn't expecting to like it but it's delicious!
Also this week, we had the finales of two of my favourite shows! Both the Bake Off & Doctor Foster came to an end and I was thrilled with both outcomes. Nadiya was my favourite from the beginning of GBBO and I love how Gemma got her positive ending. I'm sad the shows are over though!
